The skirt has shirring all around the top so it hugs the hips.
Shirring is an elasticated thread that allows the fabric to stretch out and cling to your exact shape and from the hip the skirt swings out freely. A tutu is also ‘HIGHLY RECOMMENDED’ to enhance the shape, add dramatic colours and make heads turn!.
