What are your dispatch times and delivery charges?
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 days of order confirmation Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the Weekend or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched 1-3 working days after.
- UK - Under £180 is £8, Over £180 is £12 (2-4 working days via Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class Signed For)
- International - £10 up to 1kg, £15 up to 2kg, £20 up to 4.5kg and £25 up to 8kg (5-14 working days via International courier)
What credit cards do you accept?
You can pay for your order using a credit/debit card (Accepted cards are Visa, MasterCard & American Express)
Can I exchange an item for a different size, colour or style?
We would be happy to exchange it for you as long as the returned item is in new and unused condition. The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery with return postage to be paid by the customer. A replacement will then be sent out free of charge (excludes non-UK customers who will need to pay shipping). To exchange an item please send us an email with your order number using the information on the contact page, we will then forward you our address (please include your sales receipt and details of the item you'd like to exchange it for in the package).
Can I exchange a damaged item?
We will exchange any item that has been damaged in transit free of charge as long as the item is returned to us within 14 days of delivery. We will also refund the cost of your return postage. To exchange a damaged item please send us an email with your order number using the information on the contact page, we will then forward you our address (please include your sales receipt in the package).
Can I get a refund on an unwanted item?
We would be happy to refund your purchase on an unwanted item as long as it is returned within 14 days of delivery and the item is in new and unused condition. Return postage is to be paid by the customer. We recommend a fully insured and signed for delivery method as we regret we cannot refund items that get lost in the post. To return an unwanted item please send us an email with your order number using the information on the contact page, we will then forward you our address (please include your sales receipt in the package).
How do I wash Dolly Dare garments?
The majority of our garments are made from either 100% cotton, mixed fibres and polyester which can all be machine washed delicate at 30°. The only exception are a small number of garments that contain silk or faux-fur which are dry clean only.
How do I find out what my garment is made from?
The material each garment is made from is listed at the bottom of the description on each individual product page. If you find that the information is missing then please email us with the link to the product using the details on our contact page.
